Caroline Kennedy, JFK’s Daughter, Claimed RFK Jr. Is A “Predator” Among Other Scathing Claims In A Viral Video
Caroline Kennedy, a former US ambassador and daughter of John F. Kennedy, claimed her cousin, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., was “unqualified” for HHS Secretary and a “predator.”
Caroline Kennedy said her cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was a “predator,” and that’s only half of it. Caroline, who previously served as the US ambassador to Australia and Japan under former presidents Joe Biden and Barack Obama, urged senators to reject RFK Jr.’s nomination for President Donald Trump’s health secretary.
Caroline is the daughter of the 35th president of the United States, John F. Kennedy. RFK Jr. is the son of her uncle, former US Attorney General and New York Sen. Robert F. Kennedy Sr.
The letter quickly went viral when Caroline read it aloud in a video shared across the internet, including from a very vocal RFK Jr. critic and her son, Jack Schlossberg, in collaboration with Courier.
RFK Jr., an environmental lawyer and politician, is the US Secretary of Health and Human Services nominee under President Trump’s second cabinet. This position would oversee agencies, including the CDC, the FDA, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Amid RFK Jr.’s senate confirmation hearing on Jan. 29, Caroline’s video circulated the internet with scathing accusations, including his lack of qualifications to hold the government position and claims about his character.
“I feel an obligation to speak out,” she began, noting that his position would place him in charge of the agencies that are meant to “protect the most vulnerable among us,” and RFK Jr. is “unqualified.”
“He lacks any relevant government, financial, management, or medical experience,” Caroline said. “His views on vaccines are dangerous and willfully misinformed. These facts alone should be disqualifying.”
The most troubling revelation from Caroline’s address was the claim the HHS nominee is a “predator.”
“I have known Bobby my whole life; we grew up together,” she said. “It’s no surprise that he keeps birds of prey as pets because he himself is a predator.”
“His basement, his dorm room, his garage were always the center of the action, where drugs were available, and he enjoyed showing how he put baby chickens and mice in a blender to feed his hawks. It was often a perverse scene of despair and violence,” she continued.
“Bobby preys on the desperation of parents of sick children, vaccinating his own kids while building a following, hypocritically discouraging other parents from vaccinating theirs.”
Caroline also pointed out that RFK Jr. plans to profit from a lawsuit against the pharmaceutical company Merck over Gardasil, an HPV vaccine that helps to prevent cervical cancer.
“In other words, he is willing to enrich himself by denying access to a vaccine that can prevent almost all forms of cervical cancer and which has been safely administered to millions of boys and girls.”
Caroline said remaining silent during RFK Jr.’s failed presidential campaign wasn’t easy, but she felt obligated to speak out because of his representation of their family’s legacy. “It also wasn’t easy to remain silent last year when Bobby expropriated my father’s image and distracted President Kennedy’s legacy to advance his own failed presidential campaign and then grovel to Donald Trump for a job,” she said.
“Bobby continues to grandstand off my father’s assassination and that of his own father. It’s incomprehensible to me that someone who is willing to exploit their own painful family tragedies for publicity would be put in charge of America’s life and death situations.”
In the wake of Caroline’s firm stance against her cousin’s nomination, the internet has shown support for her speaking up and concern over RFK Jr.’s potential ascension into President Trump’s cabinet.
Jack, who’s leading the charge in sharing the video, said of his mother, “I’m so proud of my courageous mother, who’s lived a life of dignity, integrity, and service.”
One person wrote, “Thank you, Caroline! I can’t imagine how difficult this must have been for you. Just know how proud your parents and uncles would be that you stood up for the American people!”
“So grateful to her for telling the truth about him,” one person wrote.
Another person noted that people should consider RFK Jr. is allegedly “A person that put baby chicks and mice in a blender!!! A person that vaccinates his own children, but wants to stop vaccines!”
And finally, this person said, “It’s very telling when your own family publicly talks shit about you…”
