Elon Musk’s Daughter Defends Her Father Amid Claims of ‘N**i gesture’ During Trump’s Inauguration

By the end of his talk, he said: “My heart goes out to you,” he said after thanking the audience for helping to ensure Trump’s victory. Adding, “It is thanks to you that the future of civilisation is assured.”

Musk then pounded his chest before raising his right arm sharply toward the sky. Awkward gesture? Or a ‘N**i’ salute?

The Tesla tycoon then repeated the gesture once again, facing the US flag.

Musk faced backlash on social media for what he did

There was widespread disagreement and social media outrage about the billionaire’s intent.

Someone on X said: “THERE’S NO WAY ELON MUSK DID A SIEG HEIL AT TRUMP’S INAUGURATION. A ——- N**I SALUTE AS CLEAR AS DAY. WHAT IS HAPPENING.”

But he didn’t let the accusations slide

In a tweet on X describing the encounter, Musk claimed that his critics needed “better dirty tricks”.

He ended off his tweet with a pun, saying: “Bet you did n**i that coming”.

However, not everyone criticized Musk’s salute

The Jewish Anti-Defamation League (ADL) denied Musk’s intent of a ‘fascist’ salute and regarded it as an ‘awkward gesture’.
