Dad Outraged After Revealing Word Nurses Used To Refer To Him After Delivering Baby

A transgender dad has sparked serious outrage on social media after sharing how dumbfounded and upset they were when the nurses referred to them with the wrong pronoun.

The father shared more details about how referring to an individual’s preferred name and pronoun is essential to honor the identity.

However, despite knowing this, they continue to resist the practice and often have outdated beliefs or outright dismissal related to gender diversity.

Bennett Kaspar Williams who is 37 mentioned how they and their husband welcomed son Hudson into the world through a c-section. Despite being identified as male and using the he and him pronouns, they do not refer to themselves as non-binary and use both he and they.

But that led to a series of issues at the hospital which failed to understand the seriousness of the situation. Nurses kept on misgendering them and referred to them as the mom instead of the father as per Daily Mail.

Kaspar shared how they made the change in 2014 after realizing that he was a transgender in 2011. While he did have the top surgery, he chose not to have his private parts operated on.

The whole process of pregnancy and childbirth was rewarding and hard for them. He was very disheartened when the staff kept on calling them the mom and in the end, he lost his cool and wanted others to know that this behavior is not okay.
